The Maintenance Cell of institute done the maintenance work in the institute, housekeeping work in the Academic block, Senate block, Hostels, Residential area, Roads, electrical sub-stations, maintenance of plants and landscapes etc. Also includes civil, electrical, plumbing and sanitary, carpentry works.

Major development activities of SPA Bhopal
1. Land allotment for campus :
The state government of MP has allotted 30.21Ha land at Bhopal bypass road, village Bhauri, Bhopal. The land has been acquired and secured by constructing a boundary wall.
2. Master plan of SPA Bhopal.
3. Development of internal road network.
4. Development of Boys hostel.
5. Development of Girls Hostel.
6. Site office and Group-B Staff residences.
7. Main Academic Complex at Bhauri Campus.
